Medicinal Mushrooms - Nature's Fantastic Healer

We've all been exposed to or cooked using some of the most common culinary mushrooms like portabella white button, etc.

However, there is an entire class of mushrooms known as medicinal mushrooms. these medicinal healing mushrooms aren't intended for flavor-enhancement, though certain of them may be utilized in recipes. They are often taken in tea forms, tinctures and extracts, and also in capsules as powders.

These medicinal mushrooms are the reishi, agaricus, (or the agaricus blazei mushrooms), maitake, shitake and coriolus mushroom. There are many more however these are a few of the most popular.
