The hardware components of a personal computer system comprise of the components which are typically connected (the computer monitor, printer, and so on). It is defined as hardwares since you are able to physically interact with these components. The programs are called softwares since their function can only be utilized when the computer is turned ON. Software is a set or coded instructions that computers use in order to carry out the user's tasks.
The user will only be able to access the computer when it's turned ON. If there isn't any electrical power to run the personal computer system it will not operate. The capability of the personal computer system to manage its components is through an array of signals that turn off and on.

The user uses the equipment, such as the keyboard to write down the text of the document. the written document is projected onto the screen. After the user has completed creating their document. The user uses this software program in order to direct the printer to print his/her document. The software works together alongside the physical components (the monitor, keyboard, and printer) to complete what the user requested.
